Water has leaked frequently into the electrical distribution room. This  and other  serious concerns have alarmed owners about the fire risks. Before you buy, ask for an up to date fire report.

Cliff Edge fitments are not marine standard and are already suffering from corrosion particularly the stairwells and balcony railings.

Before you buy, ask for marine quality fitments.

Cliff Edge phase 1 is covered by the warranty provider ICW, who have declined to provide a warranty for phase 2. Before you buy, ask why not.




Cliff Edge owners have been charged management fees at about double the level they were advised when purchasing. Before you buy, get guarantees on these charges.


Two years after buying,Many residents have extensive lists of outstanding issues that have yet to be addressed. These include missing breakfast bars, cracked showers, significant roof leaks, malfunctioning appliances, balcony rails that have slipped down and defective flooring. Before buying, consider negotiating a 10% holdback to cover snagging.


THE BOILERS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE

The boilers at Cliff Edge are being hooked up to the development next door even though they have been confirmed not fit for purpose and unable to function at this level of use.
